How do I update my profiles?
Access Personal, Company and Product Profiles via MY PROFILE ADMINISTRATION at the bottom of the left side menu, or via the links under PROFILE COMPLETENESS on your ‘My Homepage’

What if I want my admin to manage the Matchmaker process?
Have your admin register/use your username and password. This ensures meetings are only scheduled with you and not with a company representative who may not be attending TC3.

How do I ensure meetings cannot be arranged when I am participating in an agenda session?
Click on Meetings under MEETING ADMINISTRATION on left-side menu, then click ‘Block timeslot’ for the time you want to block out.

How do I schedule a meeting?
Click Request ‘New Meetings’ under MEETING ADMINISTRATION on left side menu. Scroll through the company list and click REQUEST A MEETING and select the person you want to meet with. You will be shown mutually available times. Click the bullet to select the time. You can scroll down to add text to your request if required. Click SEND REQUEST to send the meeting invitation.

How do I accept or decline a meeting request?
Click ‘My Homepage’ under START on the left side menu (or from ‘Your personal homepage’), click ‘pending requests’ to view your meeting requests and Accept or Decline as appropriate. You can also send a message to the meeting requestee.

How do I reschedule a meeting?
Click on ‘Meetings’ under MEETING ADMINISTRATION on left-side menu and click ‘Change timeslot’ within the appropriate meeting. You will be shown mutually available times. Click the bullet to select the time. Click SAVE to send the moved meeting notification.

How do I cancel a meeting?
Click on ‘Meetings’ under MEETING ADMINISTRATION on left-side menu and click ‘Withdraw Request’ within the appropriate meeting. You can add a message to explain why you need to cancel the meeting. Click WITHDRAW REQUEST to send the cancelled meeting notification.

How often should I check my meetings?
Please check every couple of days to ensure that you are responding to meeting requests in a timely manner. Where a request exists, it blocks that timeslot for both parties.
